Emily Hair
Counselor, LPCI primarily work with adults, college-age individuals, and teens struggling with eating disorders, body-image dissatisfaction, self-esteem, life transitions, school + career stressors, and anxiety + depression. I incorporate mindfulness strategies with clients to gain a deeper understanding of how to identify and regulate emotions and thoughts. I also often work with individuals who are working in helping professions who may be experiencing a sense of burnout and emotional exhaustion.
