My clients are primarily high-functioning, ambitious women navigating with anxiety, relationships, and existential concerns. I love working with women in their 20’s and 30’s who are motivated to grow and have a desire to understand themselves on a deeper level.

My approach in therapy is collaborative, and I work to maintain a balance of being empathetic and challenging. I love working with women in their 20’s and 30’s who are motivated to grow and have a desire to understand themselves on a deeper level. I also have a special place in my heart for women with unresolved attachment trauma/relationship wounds from the past. In therapy, I’ll help you gain insight into your patterns and how we can move forward with intention. We’ll gain clarity around your values and work towards a more fulfilling life - whatever that looks like to you. My commitment is to not judge you, and to provide a space where you can show up as your authentic self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know firsthand how vulnerable it can be to open up in therapy, which is why my priority is to create a relationship where you feel safe and never judged. We’ll address your relationship to yourself, others, and the world. We’ll explore the past when relevant, but focus a lot on the here and now and work towards creating a healthier present and future. As an existential therapist, my approach focuses on how to live a more fulfilling life, including developing a strong sense of self, making authentic decisions, and living in a self-responsible way. Being human means that life will inevitably present us with challenges; this does not mean there is something wrong with you or that you need to “fix” yourself. I believe we all have our own set of gifts and innate strengths, and therapy is a space that promotes growth in discovering those strengths that lie within.
