Asking for help is one of the most challenging things to do for ourselves, but it is one of the best ways of self-investing. When we physically do not feel well, we reach out to our doctors or nurses for support because we think that is normal. When we do not feel well mentally, it can give us a sense of not feeling normal, and while everyone's story is different, it is the same because we all have one.

I view my clients as the experts of their own lives, experience(s), and self. I believe we each carry the "answer(s)" we need most within, but are not always taught how to get there or how to tune into ourselves. During our time together, you will be given an opportunity to explore and "be with" yourself in potentially deeper and new ways. I believe the exploration of self is interwoven with the unfolding of our life.
I work with a diverse range of individuals who grapple with feeling stuck, unmotivated, and anxious amidst life's demands. Art therapy offers a gateway to explore these struggles, unburdening through creative expression. My clients need a safe non-judgmental space, met with compassion and active listening, as they aspire to overcome challenges, discover their potential, thrive, and form authentic connections.
Currently, I offer in person and online sessions! I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodivergent individuals! I work with people who are seeking support for mismatched desire, sexual anxiety, sensory challenges, communication challenges, and difficulty identifying/managing their emotions.

Through Therapy, Trauma-Informed Breathwork, & Coaching, I work collaboratively with clients who are struggling with navigating the ups, downs, and transitions in life. Some other areas may be: navigating relationships, family dynamics, divorce, or simply seeking personal growth. When you embody & cultivate a deeper connection to yourself, you are empowered to break through barriers & negative cycles, tap into your intuition & inner resources, uncover untapped resources, and overcome challenges.
Between and within humans, multiple perspectives exist, and what is discovered depends on how observing happens. This understanding has led to my intense compassion for human suffering, and delight in the unique paths forged. It is possible to ultimately drop attachments contributing to suffering, in order to experience the innately loving conscious beings we are. Here the focus is less on "right and wrong" and more on the wise discernment of what ACTUALLY contributes to suffering.
I support clients in increasing positive communication skills, creating healthy boundaries, improving relationships, and in processing past challenging experiences. I have extensive experience in working with individuals who have experienced sexual abuse, domestic violence, depression, and anxiety. My practice centers on creating a safe space through being inclusive and affirming to all humans by paying particular attention to each individual’s experiences and life story.

We can address whatever is causing you distress, including social or interpersonal behavior patterns that have not been working, or family of origin issues. I will help you to assimilate and integrate the problems, and/or otherwise painful emotions. Together we will help you move toward psychological wholeness and spiritual integrity.
