EMDR Trauma Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is quickly becoming the first line treatment for PTSD and Traumatic experiences. EMDR is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are resistant to traditional talk therapy. This treatment is not only for extreme life events, but can be utilized in EMD form for situations that are keeping a client stuck in painful memories of any kind.

Negative sense of self or self image bleeds into every aspect of our lives; relationships, career issues, and overall sense of wellbeing are affected by this unfortunate state. Often times low self esteem is connected to our earliest experiences, and it can be difficult to turn things around on your own once these though patterns are established. We work with clients every day to develop a rock solid sense of self that leads to greater happiness and overall success.

Stress affects the vast majority of Americans. We are overworked and underpaid, and most of us struggle to maintain schedules that are far more demanding than what nature has intended. This often leads to other negative behaviors such as addictions, loss of interest, mental health disorders, conflict, and at worse, total adrenal burnout. We work with clients to change their lifestyles and better manage stress levels utilizing a holistic, comprehensive, and individualized approach.

Anxiety comes in different forms. High functioning clients can sometimes present with "positive" anxiety that drives productivity. Sometimes even this type of anxiety can cause clients to becoming over worked and burned out. Negative manifestations of anxiety are present in many of our clients as well; the kind that is toxic and crippling, often presenting with physical and mental symptoms. We help clients to gain new coping tools to improve both the physical and mental symptom of anxiety.
