About My Clients
My clients often come to me feeling burned out and overwhelmed, trying to cope with relationship issues and past trauma such as abuse, and dealing with anxiety, self-esteem and confidence issues. They are exhausted and feeling like they can't find a way out of the constant spiral. The holistic, client centered techniques I use help guide my clients to reduce stress and help them to finally heal from those past hurts, so they can finally have peace, joy, and harmony in their life.
My Background and Approach
I have been working therapeutically for over 20 years, and my vast experience working with many different types of people such as parents and families in crisis, children and teens, veterans and people dealing with addiction, people living with chronic pain and health conditions, as well as burned out professionals, has given me a wide range of expertise and a unique perspective. I specialize in working with people with anxiety, trauma, stress, depression, addiction, and healing from abuse and in unhealthy relationships. My focus is on working with my clients holistically, treating the whole individual so that I can support them in achieving success in all areas of their lives. We will identify the challenges that are holding you back, and then find their root cause (which may be subconscious) and work together to help you build new healthier habits and coping strategies. I will guide you in healing, and then focus on teaching you the tools and strategies to create the life you desire.

I also believe that everyone is deserving and worthy of joy, peace, fulfillment and love in their lives, and it is never too late to make a change, and to experience personal growth and healing. I will guide you in tapping into the power of your subconscious mind to heal past hurts, overcome limiting beliefs, and improve your quality of life and the quality of your self-talk. Building healthy habits and emotional strength and resilience is key in moving forward and finding calm and harmony in all areas of your life, so I will teach you the tools to thrive. Sessions with me are a judgement free zone, where you will be seen, heard, and encouraged to be your true authentic self.
