I have been working with Men's Issues since 2017. Men's Issues tend to go silent due to the general idea that men are not supposed to cry. By creating a safe atmosphere for men to express their feelings, helps them with many of their issues such as: Codependency Issues, Anger Issues, Emotional Suppression, Loneliness, Substance Use, Relationship Issues, and more.

I have been working with individuals that struggle with Grief and Loss issues since 2017. Basing my concepts on the 5 stages of grief and also challenging clients to continue adding meaning in their lives after the loss. I believe that grieving is a process that should not be rushed and the goal of therapy is not to encourage clients to forget about the loss but to live a meaningful life despite the loss they experienced.

I specialize in Alcohol and Drug Addiction with concepts centered around the 12-steps. I have been working with individuals struggling with Addiction since 2017. I believe that one is powerless over their addiction and in order to move past their addiction one day at a time, they must first accept this powerlessness and that only a power greater than themselves can restore them to sanity. Hence, having a Higher Power and a healthy support system can lessen their burden.

I have been working with individuals who struggle with Drug and Alcohol Addiction since 2017. I base my concepts on the 12 step philosophy where individuals are encouraged to accept that they are powerless over their addiction and that their lives have become unmanageable as a result. Accepting this is the first step to heal. To encourage clients sobriety, I adhere to the concept of taking one day at a time, practicing mindfulness, and partaking in a daily positive routine.
