My Background and Approach
I work with individuals to discuss the challenges she/he/they are facing & to find tools for coping. In my practice, I integrate mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, seeking safety, interpersonal therapy, mental health first aid, & wellness practices which have helped my clients with their recovery.
