As humans, we can get stuck in patterns at home or at work that are stressful and depleting. I welcome couples and families struggling with unhealthy dynamics, new parents or parents in new situations, individuals feeling marginalized or who want effective communications/interactions, managing emotions, or moving through significant life changes.

Together we can explore your experience and draw on a number of proven methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Relational Constellations, or other approaches that make sense in your situation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we thrive and heal in our relationships. As social beings, we are shaped by our connections and can recreate ourselves with intentional changes in our patterns of interactions starting with our beliefs about ourselves, others and the world we live in.
