I work with individuals through a variety of concerns including those facing generalized anxiety, health anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma symptoms, or challenges from chronic illnesses and autoimmune disorders.
My Background and Approach
Working with me is a very individualized process where I look at my clients in a holistic manner, taking into consideration all your unique experiences, beliefs, and strengths. I hope to provide an environment where we can work together to develop strategies that resonate with you and align with your authentic self. My goal is to be genuine throughout the counseling process and help you to know yourself more deeply in order to work through the difficulties that you may be facing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Through my own experiences, I have learned the importance of slowing down and living mindfully as much as possible. The world we live in can be fast-paced and overwhelming, so it's important to have practices that help me stay present. I believe in the power of the present moment to help us understand ourselves and the world more deeply and to bring more compassion to others. For the past five years, I have volunteered at a local nonprofit organization that provides accessible mindfulness courses to my community. It has been rewarding to know that, even in a small way, I am helping others find moments of peace.
