We'll go at the pace that you set. You won’t only hear “How does that make you feel?” in therapy with me. I will also help you learn the skills necessary to survive- even thrive- through your worst times. Collaboratively, we will do this together.
My Background and Approach
How: We'll work together to identify your strengths, your mental and emotional “stuck points,” and where you can benefit from self-care and new ways of thinking and feeling that you may not have considered before. Why me: If you’re looking for someone who has learned to cope with the ups and downs of life, as well as someone who has been there for -and helped- hundreds of clients while they face relationship break-ups, family problems, job losses, wretched physical challenges, or worse, then we might be a good fit and I may be able to help.
